Mrs. Marrero conducted an excellent refresher skills class, BLS: CPR & AED; video course/ skills practice w ARC CPR dolls (adult and infant)/ written test. Her instructions were clear, concise and engaging creating a great environment for learning. I am both a Nurse and Hayscisd Substitute: Guest Teacher, and I highly recommend utilizing CPR Services of Texas if you either need to certify or re-certify.
Instructions was very detailed and I was given step by step instructions. Also was made to do several repetitions.
